Consul Digital LLC ("Consul Digital", "we") runs consuldigital.ai. This page explains what we collect when you use the site, the Absent Owner Score, or contact us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• What you tell us. Your quiz answers, any written or recorded voice answers, and the contact details you give us (name, email, phone, WhatsApp or Telegram handle, company).
• Booking details. The booking calendar on the results page is provided by Google, which receives your browser and connection information when it loads. If you book a call, Google Calendar records the name, email and time you choose.
• Site activity. We use the Meta Pixel to see which pages are visited, whether the quiz is started or finished (including your score number), and whether the booking page is opened. Meta may set cookies and collect device and browser information for this. We also note which link or ad brought you to the site.
• Technical records. Our server records the time of each submission and the IP address it came from, which we use to prevent abuse.

How we use it

• To give you your score and follow up with the fixes and the call you asked for.
• To prepare for, hold and follow up on calls and engagements.
• To measure and improve our advertising, including showing our ads to people who have visited the site or engaged with our Instagram.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Who processes it for us

We use a small number of providers to run the site and our follow-up: Fly.io (hosting), Cloudflare (domain and security), Telegram (internal delivery of your submission to our team), Google Workspace (email and calendar) and Meta (advertising measurement). They handle data on our behalf under their own terms.

How long we keep it

We keep your submission and contact details while we have a conversation or engagement with you and afterward for our business records. We delete them when you ask us to.

Your choices

• Email tristan@consuldigital.ai to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We reply within 30 days.
• You can opt out of ad personalisation in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, and you can block or clear cookies in your browser.
